How the successful-call percentage works

Reviewed eligible usage reports are aggregated by dividing successful cases by all eligible cases and displaying the result to one decimal place. With no eligible data, we display “No data,” not 0%.

Individual report text, dates, and submitter details are not published. Aggregate counts are only eligible for display from five valid reports. The figures do not guarantee hotel rules or same-day decisions.
