How the callability score works

Reviewed eligible usage reports are aggregated by dividing successful cases by all eligible cases and displaying the result to one decimal place. With no eligible data, we display “No data,” not 0%.

Individual report text, dates, and exact counts are not published. The score does not guarantee hotel rules or same-day decisions.
